Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. The pool and garden are for your exclusive use. Amenities include laundry service on request (available for an extra fee), nearby parking, and linen change included for stays of at least two weeks. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Please note, there is no hot water in the kitchen. The barbecue is for decoration only; you may use your own. Important information before booking: the owner lives on the first floor and shares the main entrance with guests. She always respects your privacy and does not disturb you, but is present on site. House rules: the pool is accessible from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The veranda with table and chairs is the dedicated space for meals and socializing. Sunbeds on the lawn are reserved for relaxation. Moving furniture or furnishings without permission is not allowed. Respecting the rules is essential for an enjoyable stay for everyone.
