Tourist accommodation set in a historic private villa in a central location, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and a 15-minute drive from the sea. The property features a charming, secluded garden with a private pool, hidden from street view. Inside the main house, you will find two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the kitchen is located in the external annex with a spacious veranda overlooking the pool. The living area is in the annex, equipped with a large kitchen and a wide veranda facing the pool and garden. The main house, on the ground floor, hosts the guest rooms: two double bedrooms with two bathrooms—one en suite, the other external but for your exclusive use. All beds are doubles. You will access the accommodation through the main entrance, shared with the owner who lives on the first floor. The property sleeps four, with the option to add a fifth bed on request. It is ideal for families of four or five, couples, or groups of four friends. The house is near a busy road; however, the pool and garden are for your exclusive use. Please use the outdoor spaces respectfully. Laundry service is available on request for an extra charge. Pets are allowed only upon request and confirmation by the host. There is no hot water in the kitchen. Parking is close to the house, and you can unload luggage near the entrance. For stays of at least two weeks, linen change is included. Please note: the barbecue is decorative only, but you may use your own barbecue equipment.
