Holiday accommodation in a private house in a central location: a 10-minute walk from the centre and a 15-minute drive from the sea. Small garden with a pool screened from view. The kitchen is in a separate outbuilding with a spacious veranda overlooking the pool and garden. The ground floor of the main house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom. Sleeps 4, with a fifth bed available on request. Ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. The pool and garden are exclusively for guests' use. Available services: laundry on request (for an extra fee), nearby parking and a linen change included for stays of at least two weeks. Pets are allowed only with prior confirmation. There is no hot water in the kitchen. The barbecue is decorative only; you may use your own. Important information before booking: the owner lives on the first floor and shares the main entrance with guests. She always respects their privacy and does not disturb them, but is present on site. House rules: minors must not use the pool without adult supervision. The veranda with a table and chairs is the designated space for meals and socialising. The sun loungers on the lawn are for relaxing; a large parasol is provided here and may be used after receiving instructions from the host. Furnishings and furniture must not be moved without permission. Following the rules is essential to ensure an enjoyable holiday for everyone. Outdoor pool: Open from 1 May to 14 September.
